My boyfriend may be one of the biggest chargers fans ever.  He wears L.T.’s jersey and brags about how he is the best NFL player at the moment.  Tonight, 7/5/07, we were out to dinner downtown where we saw L.T. eating dinner with his wife.  We were starstruck and really wanted to say hi or even get a photo.  Since we wanted him to be able to keep his privacy we waited until after his dinner to ask him for either an autograph or photo. We were downstairs as they both were on their way out of the restaurant and we politely asked them to take a photo.  He said “no” and when I asked in a sad voice ” are you serious”, his wife turned around and said “ya, were serious”.  They must have been one of the most snobby, rude, stuck up people I have ever met, and I have met quite a few celebrities.  I cannot believe how let down we felt.  Someone so talented, who has so many people look up to him, and he and his wife were so rude.

After a dominating first half the Chargers revert back to the ways of what most San Diegans like to call Marty ball. I’m tired of him being so damn conservative and never eliminating a team when the chance is there. Hmm… lets see its 1st and 20, i’ll run the ball. Okay, 2nd and 15… i’ll run the ball. Oh, 3rd and 10 i’ll run the ball. San Diego is a VERY GOOD TEAM but yet all Marty does is lose games. this is now the 5th game that they’ve blown in the 4th quarter. Charger fans can look forward to another disappointing year if this keeps up.

For being the best defensive team and becoming a offensive powerhouse, the Chargers get no respect!!! They are picked to finsh 7th in the AFC.  I am looking forward to seeing them kicking some Raven ass next week, Ill bet they get some respect then!!!LIGHTS OUT!!!!

My wife and I are attending the game in seattle and am curious if there is any place to look for tix where we might be amongst fellow boltheads?
