24-year old fullback Mike Tolbert just does whatever the Chargers ask him to and he does it well.  He has played in 14 games for the Chargers this season and he has carried the ball 14 times for 88 yards (6.3 ypc) with 1 TD run and he has also caught 13 passes for 172 yards (13.2 avg) with 2 TD grabs.  Tolbert is a good special teams player too as he has made 19 tackles and forced a fumble this year.  Tolbert does the little things that teams need to make them a winner.
