The Chargers dominated this game much more than the scoreboard showed.  Philip Rivers had a solid game as he completed 17 of 25 passes for 189 yards with 1 TD pass.  LaDainian Tomlinson dominated the Broncos on the ground with 107 yards rushing on 19 carries (5.6 ypc) with a TD run.  Chris Chambers also had a solid game as he caught 4 passes for 71 yards (17.8 avg) with a TD grab.  The Chargers finished up with 147 yards rushing on 38 carries (3.9 ypc) and they also completed 18 of 28 passes on 187 yards.

Matt Wilhelm led a ferocius effort by the Chargers Defense with 8 tackles.  The Broncos finished up with 92 yards rushing on 19 carries (4.8 ypc) and they also completed 14 of 32 passes for 133 yards.
